Strike the Blood Gets new High School Spinoff Manga

The 52nd issue of Kadokawa's Dengeki Bunko Magazine (pictured at right) launched a four-panel spinoff manga of Gakuto Mikumo's Strike the Blood novel series on Saturday. Ryury? Akari is illustrating the manga, entitled Strike blood Kochira Saikai Gakuen Ch? t? -bu (Strike blood: This Is definitely Saikai Academy's Junior Large Division).


The issue's cover also features art from the second Strike {bloodstream|blood vessels} video anime series. Among the magazine's bundled bonus items is a Yukina Himeragi smartphone stand.

Akari made his debut outside the d? jin world with the Lucky Star: Pocket or purseTravelers spinoff manga in 2007. He illustrated the Shin Koihime Mus?: Otome Ry? ran Sangokushi Engi manga and Accel Community manga spinoff.

Mikumo's Hit blood light novels first showed this summer with Manyako's designs. TATE has been serializing a manga adaptation in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine since 2012. The manga's ninth quantity shipped on September twenty-seven. Yen Press is creating the sunshine novel series in America. It posted the fourth volume on September 27.

The innovative series inspired a 24-episode elevision setanime series in 2013, as well as an earlier two-episode OVUM project last November and December. The Strike bloodstream II video anime series will release its first volume for DVD and Blu-ray Disc release on November 23. Crunchyroll live-streaming the tv set anime series as it aired in Japan. Discotek qualified the elevision set anime for American home video.
